The Role

Peninsula Grammar School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics department. We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator.As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to our students.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position providing 1 year of leave coverage, commencing at the start of the 2027 academic year.

- Teach Maths across Years 7–10
- Assess students and create tailored learning plans; use ongoing assessments to support learning
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons; contribute to curriculum and resource development
- Track progress, give feedback, and provide extra support; submit reports on time
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom; set high expectations for participation




- Improve teaching methods using feedback and data; engage in professional development and teamwork

We welcome all candidates, who possess excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring young minds. All positions at Peninsula Grammar require:

- Current VIT
- First-Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Child Safety training (Mandatory Reporting Certificate)
