About the role The position will involve operating a semi water cart across civil and road construction works, operating double side tippers as required, and supporting earthworks and road construction crews. You will carry out daily pre-starts and basic vehicle inspections, maintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition, report faults and maintenance requirements, complete required paperwork and site documentation, work safely around heavy plant and active construction areas, and work effectively as part of a remote civil construction crew.

Key responsibilities

- Operating a semi water cart across civil and road construction works

- Operating double side tippers as required

- Supporting earthworks and road construction crews

- Carrying out daily pre-starts and basic vehicle inspections

- Maintaining equipment in a clean and serviceable condition

- Reporting faults and maintenance requirements

- Completing required paperwork and site documentation

- Working safely around heavy plant and active construction areas

- Working effectively as part of a remote civil construction crew

About you





- Current MC driver's licence

- Proven double side tipper experience

- Experience operating heavy vehicles in civil construction, earthworks or similar environments

- Ability to operate a semi water cart, or relevant experience that transfers to the role

- Construction White Card

- Strong commitment to safety and equipment care

- Ability to work a 3:1 remote roster

- Ability to work effectively within a remote project team
