About the role

Meat Boys Sydney is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Meat Process Worker to join our team on a part-time or full time basis . Based at our facility in Milperra NSW 2214, you will play a vital role in our meat processing operations, ensuring that products are prepared, processed and packed to the highest standards of quality and food safety. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and meeting the demands of our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Processing and preparing meat products according to company specifications and food safety standards
- Operating meat processing equipment safely and efficiently, with attention to hygiene protocols
- Packing finished products into appropriate containers and labelling them accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation requirements
- Inspecting products for quality and consistency, identifying and reporting any defects or issues
- Following all company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assisting team members when needed and contributing to a collaborative work culture

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in meat processing, food production or a similar manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not really necessary
- Expected Start Date: 22/09/2026 (Immediate Start)
- Requires sufficient physical strength to lift and move boxes weighing approximately 15 kg.




- Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
- A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a positive attitude towards health and safety practices
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by the business
