Mechanical Fitters | Ongoing Works | Relocation Assistance

CPC Engineering is a mid-tier Engineering Company with over 50 years’ experience in the Mining sector and is 100% West Australian owned.

We are currently looking for experienced and capable Mechanical Fitters, living locally in Kalgoorlie, or willing to relocate, for full time work.

About the role:

You'll join our mechanical crew on shutdowns, major projects, and maintenance works. Day to day, you'll be:

- Carrying out mechanical installation, maintenance, repairs, shutdowns, and project works
- Fitting and aligning pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, crushers and rotating equipment
- Working with supervisors and other trades to meet shutdown schedules
- Following site safety systems

About you:

- Trade qualification (Cert III in Mechanical Trade or equivalent) and relevant fitting experience (3+yrs preferred)
- Shutdown or project experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and lab Drug and Alcohol Screen
- A strong safety mindset and a good attitude to teamwork

Tickets and licences:





- National Police Clearance (within 1yr)
- White Card
- Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights (within 2yrs)
- High Risk Work Licence with WP, LF (preferred)
