We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual/part time Medical Receptionist to join our team, working across our Bray Park and North Lakes clinics, with approximately 10–20 hours available, depending on clinic needs.

Previous medical reception experience is preferred, particularly experience using Best Practice, however we are happy to provide training to the right person.

About the role

Duties will include

- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Medicare and private billing
- General reception and administrative duties
- Supporting our doctors, nurses and reception team

About you We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
- Reliable and versatile,



with availability to work across a Monday–Friday roster.
- Organised and able to work well in a busy environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Accurate and mindful of patient privacy and confidentiality
