Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Paralegals to join our candidate network for upcoming temporary and contract opportunities with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Sydney. This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of legal tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.

Key responsibilities

- Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
n
- Conduct legal research and summarise findings
n
- Draft basic documents, letters, and court forms under supervision
n
- Review and organise evidence, briefs, and disclosure materials
n
- Open, maintain, and close files in accordance with firm procedures
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file notes and records
n
- Monitor key dates, deadlines, and court timetables
n
- Assist with electronic document management and filing
n
- Prepare court bundles, affidavits, and briefs
n
- File documents via relevant courts and online systems
n
- Liaise with courts, barristers, and external parties
n
- Assist with settlements, closings, or transactions as required
n
- Assist with client onboarding,



including ID checks and compliance requirements
n
- Provide updates to clients under the direction of lawyers
n

Skills & experience

n

n
- Proven experience in a Paralegal or similar role in a law firm
n
- Strong capability in legal research and analytical skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice systems
n
