Sales Representative – Fitness Equipment

We're hiring a Sales Representative to help grow our B2B and offline sales across Brisbane.

Major Fitness is a global home gym and strength equipment brand, with more than 100,000 Shopify orders and customers across 85+ countries. Our Australian team is based in Woodridge, Brisbane, and we're expanding our local B2B sales, wholesale, partnerships and face-to-face business.

You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager, helping find new customers, follow up opportunities, visit businesses and turn leads into sales.

About You:

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience
- Confident with phone, email and face-to-face sales
- Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new customers
- Good at following up leads, quotes and customers
- Self-motivated and driven by sales targets
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Comfortable using CRM and standard office software
- Current driver's licence and comfortable travelling locally
- B2B, field sales, fitness, sporting goods or equipment experience will be highly regarded.

Role Responsibility:

- Prospect and contact new customers
- Make outbound calls and follow up leads
- Visit gyms, studios,



retailers and commercial customers
- Follow up enquiries, quotes and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Work with the BDM on customer visits and market development
- Assist with expos, trade shows and promotional activities
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in CRM
- Work towards individual and team sales targets

Desired Experience:

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience with prospecting or outbound sales is highly regarded
- An interest in health, fitness or gym equipment
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good computer and MS Office skills
