About the Company:
n Our client is an established Melbourne-based builder with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Victoria.
n With a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the team on a medium-density apartment development in Melbourne.

n

n About the Role: Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the design, documentation and delivery of the project.

n

This position would suit an experienced Project Coordinator who has worked on medium-density apartment projects and is looking to take on greater responsibility within an established builder.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Coordinate design, consultants and project documentation
n
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings and design queries
n
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor packages
n
- Coordinate architectural, structural and services documentation
n
- Work closely with the site team to resolve design and construction issues
n
- Monitor programme requirements and key project deliverables




n
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
- Support the Project Manager across overall project delivery
n

n

Job Requirements:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience within the construction industry
n
- Proven experience working on medium-density apartment projects
n
- Experience with a reputable head contractor or builder
n
- Strong understanding of design coordination and construction documentation
n
- Good knowledge of apartment construction methodology and sequencing
n
- Experience coordinating consultants and subcontractors
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Relevant construction, engineering or architecture qualification preferred
n

Previous medium-density apartment experience is essential.
