LyLo Brisbane is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests at check-in and assist with local tips, late check-out, and general inquiries in a fast-paced lounge environment. You’ll be the first friendly face for guests and collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure rooms and spaces are guest-ready, helping create a fun, social stay at LyLo Brisbane.
This role requires a people person with robust communication skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
