About the role

n

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us and take their career to the next level in a quick paced, supportive and dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience with full qualifications.

n

This role is supported by a dedicated Leasing and Inspections Manager who will assist you with leasing,ingoing inspections and routine inspections.

n

Tasks & Responsibilities

n

Management of a dedicated portfolio

n

Managing new business leads

n

Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades

n

Organise maintenance for properties as required

n

Outgoing inspections and bond/tenancy finalisation

n

Managing lease renewals

n

Attending SACAT hearings (if required)

n

About you

n

South Australian registered Property Management license

n

1+ years of Property Manager experience

n

Commercial Experience Preferred but not Essential

n

Ability to work quickly and independently

n

Excellent attention to detail

n

Ability to multitask

n

Must have reliable car

n

Extremely well organised
