About the Role

n

Two Ravens Solutions (2RS) is seeking experienced, skilled and reliable Security Supervisors and Security Guards to join our growing team across licensed venues throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Region.

n

We have regular work available Monday through Saturday, including evening and weekend shifts.

n

As part of the 2RS team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace while delivering a high standard of customer service. We are looking for people who can communicate effectively, use sound judgement, de-escalate situations and represent both 2RS and our clients professionally.

n

We are particularly interested in experienced supervisors and senior security personnel who are confident leading teams in busy licensed venues.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
n
- Patrolling and monitoring licensed premises
n
- Identifying and responding to security, safety and RSA-related issues
n
- Managing venue entry, patron behaviour and crowd movements
n
- Enforcing venue policies and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
n
- Using communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve incidents safely
n
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
n
- Liaising with venue management, clients, emergency services and other stakeholders
n
- Completing accurate incident reports, security logs and shift documentation
n
- Supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and venue staff
n
- Supervisors: leading security teams, allocating positions, conducting briefings and maintaining operational standards throughout the shift
n

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have:

n

- Current NSW Security Licence
n
- Current RSA competency
n
- Current First Aid certification
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Professional presentation and attitude
n
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
n
- Strong situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills
n
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
n
- Availability for evening and weekend work
n

n

Previous experience in licensed venues, hospitality, events or crowd control is highly regarded.

n

For supervisor positions, previous experience leading security teams or working in senior venue security roles is preferred.
