We are currently seeking an experienced Private Chef to support a high‐profile client in Perth, creating memorable dining experiences for intimate gatherings, executive entertaining, and special events.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef with a passion for fine dining, premium produce, and personalised service. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will vary depending on event schedules, functions, and client requirements.

THE POSITION:

Deliver exceptional fine dining experiences for private functions, executive entertaining, and special events

Create innovative menus showcasing seasonal ingredients and premium local produce

Prepare and present restaurant-quality dishes to the highest standards

Manage all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations during events

Work independently while maintaining a highly professional and discreet approach

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, allergen management,



and compliance standards

Provide a premium customer experience with attention to detail and personalised service

THE PERSON:

Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Proven experience in fine dining restaurants, hatted venues, luxury hotels, or private chef environments

Exceptional culinary skills with strong knowledge of contemporary cuisine and premium ingredients

Experience designing and delivering high‐quality degustation, plated, and bespoke dining experiences

Ability to adapt menus and services to varying event styles and guest requirements

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously

Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and a discreet manner

Thorough understanding of food safety, HACCP, and OH&S; requirements

Current Australian working rights
