About the role

State Trustees is investing in technology that helps our people deliver better outcomes for Victorians. We’re looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to help keep our Salesforce platform secure, reliable and performing at its best.

This is a broad technical role combining Salesforce administration, platform operations and DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, environments, releases and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help maintain and evolve our Salesforce platform while enabling teams to deliver new capabilities efficiently and reliably.

Manage Salesforce administration, configuration and platform security

Support environments, releases, deployments and CI/CD pipelines

Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues

Identify automation opportunities and improve platform efficiency

Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions

Strengthen governance, DevOps practices and operational standards

About You





You’re a Salesforce professional who enjoys working across platform operations, technology and business needs. You’re comfortable troubleshooting issues, improving processes and finding ways to make a platform more reliable and effective. You’ll bring:

Proven experience supporting a mature Salesforce workplace

Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification

Strong Salesforce configuration, security, Flow and automation experience

Experience with environments, releases and deployment processes

Experience with monitoring, incident management and operational support

Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD and source control

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills

Experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset, Salesforce integrations and multiple Salesforce environments would be advantageous.
