The Opportunity

n

You'll take responsibility for delivering commercial construction projects across all phases—from planning through to completion.

n

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the high standards ICG is known for.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing commercial construction projects from planning through to completion
n




- Developing and managing project programs
n
- Procurement and subcontractor management
n
- Managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control
n
- Contract administration and commercial management
n
- Driving safety, quality, program and client outcomes
n
- Leading project teams and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors
n
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
- Preparing project reporting and communicating with key stakeholders
n
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong relationships.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects
n
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects from start to finish
n
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
n
- Experience with contract administration and procurement
n
- Excellent planning and program management capability
n
- Confidence working directly with clients and consultants
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
n
