An excellent prospect exists to join one of Queensland's fastest growing hospitality management groups. You will be responsible for the delivery of corporate and leisure functions as well as match/event days at the Queensland Cricketers Club at the Gabba, Ballymore Stadium and Allan Border Field. Your role will be to coordinate these busy days supported by management and a long list of professionally trained staff.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate corporate and leisure functions across three sites

Manage match/event days at Queensland Cricketers Club and other venues

Manage a team of 10-40 staff members

Oversee food and beverage operations

Handle rostering and personnel management

Interact with customers both internal and external

About you

Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience in function and event spaces

Advanced user proficiency with POS systems

Understanding of POS systems, rostering, food and beverage handling, and F&B; operations

Ability to interact with customers both internal and external

Motivated person with ability to manage personnel
