The Role

This is an office that provides plenty of support and structure! Managing a portfolio of 90 schemes this is an opportunity that will see you:

- Build strong relationships with property owners and committees
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and manage disputes
- Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and contractor quotes
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Organise and chair onsite and virtual meetings, including site inspections

The Candidate

- Previous experience in Strata Management with a current Strata License
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
- A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Fantastic time management & organizational skills
- This role is perfect for someone who is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks!
