About this Role This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, designers and customers to turn ideas into successful products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Identify gaps and opportunities across residential, commercial and trade markets

Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritise new ranges, colours, formats, finishes and applications

Lead new product concepts from initial idea through sampling, development, launch

Translate trends into commercially viable tile collections & compelling market propositions

Lead photography, catalogues, samples, displays, digital content, social and sales campaigns

Develop product positioning, training, messaging and launch campaigns

Identify underperforming products and recommend changes, repositioning or rationalisation

Work closely with sales teams and customers to gather feedback and improve future products

About You You might currently be working in product management, product development,



brand, innovation, marketing – but what matters most is your ability to connect the dots across the entire product lifecycle.

Experience in a design‑led physical product category such as tiles, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, building products, interiors would be highly regarded.

Have an eye for design and trends

Customer‑focused with a genuine passion for providing excellent service

Understand how to identify opportunities and develop value that solve customer needs

Commercial instinct - great products need to perform commercially

Brand awareness – develop a compelling proposition and story around a product or collection

Strong collaboration skills and work effectively with different stakeholders
