The Role

n

You'll manage an established recruitment desk within the Brisbane real estate market, working with both existing and new clients.

n

Your day will include:

- Building relationships with real estate agencies and property businesses
n
- Managing existing client accounts
n
- Speaking with candidates about their careers and future opportunities
n
- Interviewing and representing candidates
n
- Filling permanent recruitment assignments
n
- Business development and networking
n




- Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes
n
- Building your personal brand within the Brisbane real estate market
n

n

You'll have the support of an experienced leadership team, established systems, marketing, administration and a strong database of clients and candidates.

n
