Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support customers and work with key internal stakeholders

Computer literate - able to use/learn customer relationship management databases effectively (our CRMs of choice are Buz and Zelda, and we use Google)

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but more important is a flair for problem-solving, a flexible attitude, and a “can do” approach

Outstanding organisational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively

The Role

Ownership & responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fyshwick showroom, ensuring product displays are optimised for experience

Liaising with customers, suppliers & different departments to book appointments, and follow up on quotes in a friendly & timely manner

Helping to serve customers in our showroom, consulting on a number of products and services

Repairing & maintenance of certain blinds that can be completed in the showroom

Full time 5-day-a-week position with working hours (8.30 am to 5 pm)

Can work 1 in 3 Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm) in our Showroom
