We are seeking an experienced property conveyancer to join our dynamic team, ideally on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- ability to support colleagues within the office, including undertaking basic administrative tasks and handling telephone enquiries;
- strong experience in property conveyancing transactions, with the opportunity to grow and progress into commercial transactions for the right candidate;
- attention to detail and a robust commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work; and
- proven ability to manage settlement processes, including stamping, PEXA, and paper settlements.
