Your new role

As the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving an integrated monitoring, evaluation and reporting capability. You'll oversee evaluation frameworks, partner closely with key stakeholders, manage reporting obligations and lead the development of advanced Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on data analytics, providing critical insights that support informed decision making and program performance.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role,



you'll bring demonstrated experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks across complex programs.

Strong

Power BI expertise, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development, is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and an understanding of data integration and reporting processes. You'll be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights.
