We are looking for two experienced & motivated hospitality professional for managing motels and living on site role in our two location facilities Bundaberg & Gin Gin. Both locations are in Widebay Burnett, Regional Queensland to oversee & enhance guest experience and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations for the motel, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

- Channel Manager knowledge and reconciling OTA's & Booking Agencies

- Professional telephone manner for answering phone calls taking bookings

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and casual staff

- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly customer service

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally

- Professional telephone manner for answering phone calls taking bookings

- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, invoicing,



and budget monitoring

- Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards

- Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs

- Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed

- Promote the motels through local marketing initiatives

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

- Must be able to cook & serve Breakfast

- Housekeeping skills and services occasionally

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
