Join our workshop team and put your technical expertise to work servicing, diagnosing and repairing Honda products. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining company and customer units to the highest standards, ensuring quality, safety and reliability in everything you do.

Profile description

How you'll make an impact

- Deliver high-quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs across motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-side vehicles, ensuring products are safe, reliable and ready for use.
- Support the maintenance and presentation of Honda's demonstration, fleet and training units.
- Contribute to workshop operations through accurate job documentation, parts tracking and record management.
- Help maintain a secure, organised and compliant workshop environment by following health, safety and environmental standards.
- Assist with product recalls, reworks, testing and technical investigations, supporting continuous product improvement.
- Provide technical support through the assessment and repair of damaged units, including preparing reports for insurance and warranty purposes.




- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure workshop activities are completed efficiently while delivering exceptional service and quality outcomes.

What you'll bring to Honda

- Trade qualifications in motorcycle technology, with strong diagnostic, servicing and repair capabilities.
- Hands-on experience working with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides or similar products in a workshop environment.
- The ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage workloads and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to support testing, recalls, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
