About Glenny Kebabs

Glenny Kebabs is a growing multi-site hospitality business with seven locations across Melbourne. We are offering a hands-on intern for someone who wants to learn how a multi-site business is managed behind the scenes.

This is a field-based learning opportunity. You will accompany our Area Management team during store visits and gain practical exposure to hospitality operations, store performance, compliance, leadership and problem-solving.

What You Will Learn

During the internship, you will gain exposure to:

- Planning and conducting store visits
- Reviewing store presentation and operational standards
- Food safety, cleaning and compliance requirements
- Stock control, ordering, inventory and wastage
- Rostering, labour management and sales performance
- Speed of service and customer experience
- Delivery-platform performance
- Customer complaint investigations
- Supporting and coaching store managers
- Implementing promotions, procedures and operational changes
- Preparing store visit reports and follow-up action plans
- Identifying operational issues and recommending improvements
- Understanding how Head Office supports seven different locations

Who We Are Looking For This position would suit someone who:
- Is studying business, hospitality, management or a related field
- Is interested in operations, venue management or area management
- Wants practical, real-world industry experience
- Is confident communicating with different people
- Is organised,

- Has a positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Is reliable and professional
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can maintain confidentiality
- Is available on one or more weekdays between Monday and Friday
- Is comfortable travelling between Glenny Kebabs locations as part of the placement

Previous hospitality or management experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and genuinely interested in learning.
