We are currently recruiting for:

- Relief Venue Supervisor
- Food (FOH Bistro) Attendants
- Bar and Gaming Attendants

Relief Venue Supervisor This is an excellent chance for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

As a Relief Venue Supervisor, you will support the venue management team by supervising shifts, coordinating employees and helping ensure the safe, compliant and professional operation of the hotel. You may be required to relieve managers during periods of leave, rostered days off and other operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise venue operations during allocated shifts
- Coordinate and support employees across bar, gaming, bistro and bottle shop operations
- Provide direction and assistance to employees throughout the shift
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries, complaints and incidents
- Monitor responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct of gambling requirements
- Support compliance with venue policies, procedures and legislative obligations
- Complete opening, closing,



cash-handling and end-of-shift procedures
- Assist with staff breaks, section coverage and operational priorities
- Escalate significant incidents or concerns to the venue management team
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and professional environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous supervisory, duty management or senior hospitality experience (Desirable not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence supervising a busy hospitality venue
- Sound understanding of RSA, RCG, cash handling and venue compliance
- Ability to resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Current RSA and RCG competency cards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Food (FOH Bistro) Attendant We are looking for energetic hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences in a busy pub and bistro workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take food orders accurately
- Operate POS systems and process payments
- Run meals efficiently
- Clear and reset dining areas
- Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams
- Assist across other areas of the venue when required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current RSA competency card is desirable

Bar and Gaming Attendant This varied role works across our public bar, lounge and gaming areas,



delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining responsible service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve beverages efficiently and professionally
- Provide attentive service within the gaming area
- Operate POS systems and process cash transactions
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of bar and gaming areas
- Monitor RSA and responsible conduct of gambling requirements
- Respond appropriately to customer enquiries and concerns
- Assist across the venue during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bar and/or gaming experience is preferred
- Current RSA and RCG competency cards are essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and team-focused approach
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
