The Grove Agency is a new premium nanny agency serving the suburbs of Melbourne. We're looking for our founding team, and if you're an experienced nanny who genuinely goes above and beyond, we'd love to hear from you.

We're not just another nanny agency. We're a small, close-knit group with one focus: providing the highest quality care to the families we work with. As part of our launch team, you'll help shape the standard everything else is built on.

What we're looking for

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a nanny

- A current Working With Children Check (essential)

- A current First Aid certificate (essential)

- A dedicated carer who takes their work - and their impact on families - seriously

- A warm, reliable, above-and-beyond approach with children and families

- Availability that suits casual, part time or full time work
