The Role

Our model of service delivery hinges on thepivotal role of Neighbourhood Team Leaders, who act as a bridge connecting clients to their local communities.

Based in Bunbury, working part-time,3 day per week (0.6 FTE), this role would suit an experienced Team Leader with suitable experience to manage on a number of existing clients and ILO’s, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional person-centered support.

This role will work from home while acting as the beacon of local knowledge for our clients, connecting people to local services. The ideal candidate will be based in Bunbury, Busselton or neighbouring suburbs. Your role will include client outreach and growth, providing client support, ensuring quality and safeguarding, and fostering the development of your team.

Key responsibilities include

- Supporting clients to achieve their goals through strength-based and person-centred planning.
- Coordinating NDIS packages and fostering meaningful community connections for clients.
