The role of Network Logistics Manager owns the day to day management of Woolworths Online deliveries across the state. This requires a logical thinker with a customer-first attitude who can collaborate with store leadership, operational teams, IT, logistics, and external stakeholders like customers and 3PL carriers to deliver exceptional, efficient service.

What You’ll Do

- Direct day-to-day Woolworths Online delivery operations across SA, NT and WA, reviewing and improving key metrics alongside store and operational teams.
- Manage and support 3PL carriers to ensure contract compliance, safety standards, Woolworths policy adherence, and a best-in-class customer experience.




- support delivery and customer initiatives across fleet stores and growing Network od eCom fulfillment centres
- Work with state operational and transport teams to manage store capacity, volume, and future network planning.
- Support the national eComX strategy across operations to maintain consistent messaging for key deliverables, efficiency, smart growth, and safety.
- Optimise network performance by adjusting delivery windows and geographic store mapping to fix issues with on-time delivery, drop costs, and capacity shifts.
- Travel for regular store and site visits to analyse operational data, drive store and driver process improvements, and manage 3PL carrier performance.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven retail operational experience in FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust and driving 3PL accountability.
- Proficiency in Excel, routing systems, PowerPoint, GoogleSuite, and interpreting operational data for actionable insights.
- A continuous-improvement, solutions-driven leadership style with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel for field visits and participate in an on-call rotation.
