A leading builder is seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Supervisor to join a major commercial construction project in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded contractor on a landmark development, overseeing night works and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all night shift activities across the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and driving a robust safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift construction activities
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements
- Monitor and enforce site OH&S; policies and procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and site audits
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship across all trades
- Identify and mitigate site risks while maintaining a safe working environment
- Liaise with the project team and provide detailed shift handovers and progress updates
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects in Sydney
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site operations
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum during night works
- Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications
