ECMS is excited to be growing, and we're looking for passionate and experienced early childhood professionals to join our team in combined Nominated Supervisor & Early Childhood Teacher roles, as we prepare to open new sessional kindergarten services across the City of Casey in 2027.

We have several rewarding combined leadership and teaching roles our in our upcoming services across Melbourne's South-East, including Clyde, Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick, which will see you deliver high-quality kindergarten programs while leading and supporting a team of educators. Through mentoring, coaching and professional development, you will help foster a culture of excellence, ensure compliance and operational success, and create positive outcomes for children and families.

With positions available from 33.75 hours per week, you will receive dedicated leadership time to support your responsibilities as Nominated Supervisor, enabling you to effectively lead your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-quality service environment. There is also an opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake the role of Educational Leader,



supporting curriculum development, pedagogical practice, and continuous improvement across the service.

- You have experience creating and implementing high quality and inclusive programs for children.
- You have exceptional knowledge of the child safe standards, early childhood regulations and frameworks.
- You hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a current WWCC/VIT, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of Child Safety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate.
