In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team of oncology nurses within a day oncology setting. You will oversee chemotherapy governance, maintain rigorous safety and accreditation standards, support clinical trial activity and drive continuous quality improvement across the unit.
This is a dynamic leadership role suited to an experienced oncology nurse with strong clinical knowledge, leadership capabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality cancer care.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Fully competent in Medical Oncology
- Hold ADAC and be competent in administering chemotherapy
- Demonstrated experience in Medical Oncology
- Haematology experience desirable
- Experience with Episoft highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience at Nurse Unit Manager level desirable
- Strong knowledge of oncology governance, safety standards and quality improvement frameworks
- Full working rights in Australia desirable
