We are seeking energetic and physically fit team members, able to start immediately, to join our busy crew at our plant propagation and distribution site at Wyee.

We aim to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment, where initiative and development are encouraged and we only operate Monday to Friday so your weekends are free to enjoy.

Whilst a keen interest in plants is a plus, it is not essential as we provide all of the training and support you need to get the job done.

What you will be doing:

- Picking bulk orders from around the nursery - this is not a customer facing sales role

- And/or detailing and packing plants in our dock and loading trolleys for dispatch

- Potting seedlings

- Stock and property maintenance and other general nursery duties

What we are offering:

- 38 hours per week

- Monday to Friday roster only - your weekends free after an early finish on Friday

What we need from you:

- Reliability! We are a small, busy team and we value someone who shows up every day.

- Physical fitness. The work can be physically challenging - on your feet and lots of lifting, bending and carrying.

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. We are working with a living product so we have to keep it healthy and moving regardless of the weather.

- Ability to start at 7.00am

- Your own reliable transportation. Public transport is very limited in this area and generally does not work well for 7am starts. Please confirm in your application.
