About the Role

Wise Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will support NDIS participants to improve their independence, daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct functional capacity and occupational therapy assessments
- Develop personalised therapy plans based on participants’ needs and goals
- Prepare professional assessment reports, progress reports and recommendations
- Recommend suitable assistive technology and home modifications
- Support participants with daily living, mobility, sensory and community-participation goals
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate case notes and participant records
- Deliver services in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies

About You





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check, where required
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, if working as a contractor
- Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your caseload effectively
- Previous NDIS or disability-sector experience is preferred but not essential
