An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced Office Manager to join the team during an exciting phase of growth and ongoing development.
The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of this unique, fast paced business. Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee administrative operations, support client service delivery and contribute to an eclectic and dynamic workplace. This includes managing Xero, office systems and processes, coordinating workflow support, overseeing scheduling and communications,
maintaining documentation and providing support to administrative staff.
You will also play a key role in enhancing client experience and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and proactive professional with proven experience in office management, ideally within a qualified services, retail or small business environment. You will bring strong administrative and finance capability, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and clients. A high level of attention to detail, discretion and initiative is essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high energy environment.
