Gold Coast Disability and Youth – Nerang QLD Gold Coast Disability & Youth (GCDAY) is a trusted provider in the disability services field, known for delivering exceptional support to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Billing Officer with an immediate start available to join our accounts team and contribute to our ongoing success. We provide self and plan managed NDIS participants with a range of support options including: individual support and group programs. We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Financial Officer to join our accounts team. This hands‑on role manages billing, invoicing, reconciliation and debt collection across the business — including NDIS/NDIA claims, client billing, rent, on‑charging and contractor invoices. Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, accounts receivable and debt collection Complete reconciliations across all GCDAY entities and accounts Prepare, lodge and reconcile NDIA/NDIS claims and payments Experience in Xero Follow up rejected,
pending or unpaid NDIS claims Manage rent invoicing and reconciliation Process on‑charging of expenses to the relevant entity or client Prepare and reconcile damages invoices Review and reconcile contractor and supplier invoices Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credits and adjustments Liaise with clients, plan managers, contractors and suppliers Assist with budget monitoring, financial reporting and child safety‑related financial administration About You
Experience in billing, accounts receivable and reconciliation Confidence with NDIS/NDIA billing and claims Solid attention to detail and accuracy Experience with debt collection and invoicing Ability to reconcile multiple entities and accounts Strong financial/computer systems skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines A reliable, professional and proactive approach Highly Regarded
Experience with PRODA, PACE, NDIS claims and lodgements, or a background in disability, healthcare or community services. Why Join Us?
