Site Engineer – Class 2 Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Developer/Builder)

We’re partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a Class 2 residential apartment development based in Campbelltown, NSW.

About the Role You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Class 2 residential apartment project currently under construction in Campbelltown, NSW.

Projects typically include:

Multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across site Assist with short-term programming, sequencing, and delivery planning Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics Monitor quality assurance and compliance with project specifications Ensure WHS standards and site safety requirements are maintained Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation Track project progress and support reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager Liaise with consultants,



suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams Support project coordination from structure through to finishes and handover

Requirements Proven experience as a Site Engineer within a Tier 2 developer-builder setting Experience working on projects within the $30M–$100M+ range preferred Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and site coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
