This role will provide culturally responsive mental health care to Aboriginal children, adolescents, and families. Key responsibilities
Delivers assessment, advocacy, counselling, and cultural leadership. Collaborates with services, supports staff, and ensures culturally safe practice, accountability, and improved wellbeing outcomes. Provides culturally informed engagement, assessment and interventions for Aboriginal children, young people and their families who are experiencing social and emotional health difficulties. Provides consultancy regarding professional and other matters. What you need
Ability to deliver culturally secure, trauma-informed care grounded in Aboriginal knowledge. Experience in engaging Aboriginal children, young people, and families.
