This is a full time role, you will play a critical supervisory and leadership role on construction sites in Sydney and beyond, overseeing piling operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating piling crews, delegating tasks and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently

Monitoring construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced piling crew members

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to piling activities

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Piling Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

Strong understanding of piling techniques, equipment and safety protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions on site

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry best practices
