7 On / 7 Off roster 6:00am ? 4:30pm rostered shifts On-call responsibilities in line with operational requirements Key Responsibilities





Support and supervise daily workshop operations alongside the team Assist with servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and complex mechanical issues Allocate jobs, manage priorities, and ensure workflow efficiency Provide guidance, mentoring, and hands‑on support to technicians and apprentices Participate in breakdown response, field service callouts, and on‑call duties Maintain strong safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards within the workshop What We Offer

Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience in a senior trade, leading hand, or workshop supervisory role HR Licence (preferred) Strong technical knowledge across diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs Sound understanding of compliance requirements and maintenance practices Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities A proactive, can‑do attitude with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship All applicants must be willing to undergo a criminal history check, pre‑employment medical assessment, and drug & alcohol testing as required.
