About the opportunity:

As the HR Systems Analyst, you'll play an key role in ensuring the organisation's People Systems are well governed, continuously improved and aligned with business needs.

n

With a broad focus across project coordination, governance, process improvement and HRIS support, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both people and technology.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Coordinate HR and Payroll People Systems projects
n
- Coordinate system testing, including UAT, SIT and regression testing
n
- Maintain People Systems governance,



documentation and audit processes
n
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and Payroll processes, systems and ways of working
n
- Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, system upgrades and issue resolution
n

n

About you

n

You're a tech-savvy, structured and analytical professional who enjoys improving processes and working with systems. You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Strong SuccessFactors, Workday or Dayforce experience
n
- Experience in a similar HRIS role
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining systems/processes.
