We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing team in Sydney, supporting a modern Microsoft setting and playing a key role in ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to remain hands-on while expanding their exposure to cloud technologies, modern workplace solutions, and infrastructure support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide end-user support across Microsoft technologies and workplace systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
- Support and administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments
- Manage device provisioning, endpoint management, and application deployments
- Administer and support SharePoint Online and collaboration technologies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Contribute to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
- Hands-on experience supporting Intune and Entra ID
- Experience with device lifecycle management and endpoint administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
