We are now seeking a motivated WHS Assistant to join our Silverwater-based team on a full-time basis. This junior role is a fantastic prospect for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Workplace Health & Safety while working alongside an experienced WHS Manager.

n

In this role, you will:

n

Support and become a important part of the WHS Team in overseeing day-to-day safety operations.

n

Assist with site compliance checks and audits.

n

Conduct equipment and gear audits to ensure operational safety.

n

Manage WHS administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

n

Liaise directly with both B2B clients (including C-suite stakeholders) and blue-collar team members on safety requirements.

n





Deliver safety training and contribute to tailored safety solutions.

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

White Card (General Construction Induction).

n

Certificate IV in WHS (completed or currently working towards).

n

Practical construction experience (ideal).

n

Working at Heights qualification (advantageous).

n

A solid understanding of the WHS Act and Regulations.

n

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel.

n

Experience on provide Client Service.

n
