Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their team in Bathurst. In the role you will beresponsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of the office, while providingexecutive support, office coordination, and administrative assistance across the organisation.

Working closely with the CEO and broader team, you will play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently, managing priorities, and supportingexceptionalservicedelivery. About the Role
n
As theExecutive Assistant / Office Manager, you willprovide acombination of exceptional organisational skills with a genuine commitment to the organisation's purpose. You will bring empathy, discretion, and apassion fordelivering meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Providing executive andadministrative support to the CEO.
n
Managing calendars, meetings, and meeting logistics.
n
Managing and troubleshooting IT-related issues to minimise disruptions to business operations.
n
Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement and undertake initiatives to enhance service delivery.
n
Preparing reports, documents, and meeting papers consistently prior to deadlines.
n
Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
n
Managing an office environment and reception duties.
n
Coordinating communications on behalf of the CEO and wider team across multiple locations.
n
Assisting with financial administration, record keeping, and business support activities.
n
Fleet and facility management support,
maintaining the asset register and assisting with annual insurance renewals.
n
Liaising with the Board, senior stakeholders, and external contacts.
n
Assisting the team with ad hoc projects and events as required.
n
Comply with all Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
n
About You
n
We'reLooking For
n
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing executive assistant or high-level administrative support to senior leaders and/or leadership teams.
n
Deliver empathetic, approachable customer service that reflects the organisation's vision, purpose, and values.
n
Discretion and sound judgement when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently.
n
Calm, resilient and proven capability to work effectively under various conditions.
n
Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Administration or Finance.
n
Experience in supporting a team and working with volunteers.
n
Requirements
n
National Criminal Record Check (or ability to obtain).
n
Working With Children Check (where required).
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
