Jetts Beerwah is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Gym Staff Member / Group Fitness Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting members on their fitness journey, and contributing to a positive gym community.

You'll be working in a modern Jetts facility with a supportive team, helping deliver great member experiences while building your own experience in the fitness industry.

The Role

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

- Welcoming members and assisting with reception duties
n




- Providing excellent customer service and member support
n
- Maintaining a clean, friendly and motivating gym environment
n
- Running or assisting with group fitness classes
n
- Helping build a strong and positive community within the gym
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Friendly, outgoing and confident engaging with people
n
- Reliable, professional and proactive
n
- Passionate about health and fitness
n
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
n
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Blue Card
n

n

Certificate IV in Fitness is highly regarded but not essential.

n

For those with Cert IV and an ABN, there may also be the opportunity to grow your own Personal Training business within the gym.
