About the Role

n

Due to continued growth and project demand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team based in Somersby.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion
n
- Coordinate manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities
n
- Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
n
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Oversee risk management, project reporting and documentation
n
- Liaise with engineering, production, quality and sales teams
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project outcomes
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or construction environments
n
- Mechanical, HVAC,



heavy industrial or related engineering background
n
- Experience managing projects involving fabrication, manufacturing, installation or commissioning
n
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM or similar (preferred)
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- HVAC or industrial cooling experience
n
- Supplier-side manufacturing project experience
n
- Experience working within heavy engineering or industrial infrastructure sectors
n
