About the role

n

NABI HAIR BY JENNY PTY LTD is seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced Hairdresser to join our busy salon in Strathfield. The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for hairdressing, excellent customer service skills and a positive and professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- -Consult with clients regarding hairstyles, colours and hair treatments.
n
- -Cut, style, colour, bleach, straighten and permanently wave hair.
n
- -Perform balayage, foilayage, foiling, blonding and colour-correction services.
n
- -Shampoo, condition and treat clients' hair and scalps.
n
- -Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair treatments and haircare products.
n
- -Apply hair extensions where required.
n
- -Maintain client records and appointment bookings.
n
- -Answer telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
n




- -Clean and sanitise tools, equipment and work areas.
n
- -Manage time effectively and work independently and as part of a team.
n
- -Maintain a professional appearance and comply with salon health and safety procedures.
n

Required qualifications and experience

n

n
- -A relevant trade qualification in hairdressing.
n
- -At least two years of relevant hairdressing experience.
n
- -Strong cutting, colouring and hairstyling skills.
n
- -Demonstrated experience in balayage, foilayage, foiling, blonding and colour correction.
n
- -Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- -Good punctuality, reliability and attention to detail.
n
- -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- -Hair-extension experience is desirable but not essential.
n
