We are a busy restaurant in the Western Suburbs seeking reliable, enthusiastic culinary staff to join our team immediately. Multiple positions are available across kitchen levels including Chef, Line Cook, Commercial Cook, Kitchen Hand, Kitchen Assistant, and Dishwasher roles.

About you

- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment

- Strong food prep, plating, and kitchen safety/hygiene skills
n
- Full availability for weekend shifts, evenings, and public holidays
n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume team environment
n
- Immediate start with flexible full-time, part-time, or casual rosters
