Experienced Duct Installers and Airconditioning Installers

to join our growing team in Gold Coast & Brisbane QLD. This is a

full-time position

offering the opportunity to work on a variety of residential High Rise and commercial HVAC air conditioning and ductwork projects. As an experienced installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality installations that meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations. This role is integral to our business operations, ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest specifications.

Key responsibilities

Install, assemble and configure air conditioning units and ductwork systems in residential and commercial properties

Measure, cut and fit ducting materials according to specifications and building requirements

Connect refrigerant lines, electrical components and control systems to air conditioning units

Perform quality checks and testing on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation

Troubleshoot and diagnose installation issues, making adjustments as necessary

Maintain accurate records of completed installations and materials used

Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including working at heights and electrical safety protocols

Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation timelines and project updates

Collaborate with team members and other trades on job sites to ensure smooth project completion

Maintain and care for tools and equipment in good working condition

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Duct Installer or Air Conditioning Installer with a minimum of 3-5 years in the field

Sound knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles and ductwork installation practices

Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and installation manuals





Proficiency with hand and power tools used in installation work, including sheet metal tools and crimpers

Strong understanding of connections relevant to air conditioning systems

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites within the region

Current or ability to obtain relevant licencing and certifications as required by Queensland regulations

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Preferred: Experience with commercial installations or large-scale projects

Preferred: Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices in air conditioning
