Deakin University in Geelong or Melbourne Burwood Campus is seeking a service-focused Officer, Student Success to support student outcomes. The role operates in a hybrid setting, handling enquiries, providing timely, accurate information and guiding stakeholders through defined processes. You will manage priorities, exercise judgement, and contribute to improvements across the Division, reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Student Outcomes Resourcing.
