Diesel & Electric Vehicle Repairs Pty Ltd – Banksmeadow NSW You are to perform safely all aspects of Fitter works in accordance with trade qualifications and industry specifications. This includes preventative maintenance and routine safety checks, hazard reporting, mechanical repairs, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. You will carry out mechanical overhaul, repair, and rebuild of equipment, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will assemble, fit, align, and test mechanical components and equipment to meet engineering specifications and drawings and quality standards, as well as assembly and testing of mechanical systems and components, and maintenance of motors, gearboxes, bearings and associated equipment. Key responsibilities

Trade Qualified in Engineering (minimum Certificate III) At least 1 year of Fitter experience post qualification Ability to work independently A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Excellent time management and communication skills Professional and excellent customer service experience A mature and positive attitude to the job Strong analysing and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical problems About us
